PPHCR.com Pay Per Head Review

pphcrPPHCR.com is a sportsbook pay per head service that is relatively new in the industry. They are based in San Jose, Costa Rica. Let us take a look at their pay per head service and see how they rate. If you want to be a sportsbook agent, it is very important to read reviews like this, so you know what you are getting into. Ideally, you would not want to switch pay per head providers because it would cause trouble with payouts or players.

PPHCR.com also offers line services that they source from Las Vegas in the USA. Upon first glance, they are offering $8 per player for a customized service. We also noticed that they are connected to RDGCorp.com PPH Service - though it is unclear if this is a partnership or reselling of services. We also saw an offer for a free demo. We had to get in touch with them for this, and it did take hours before someone got back to us.

PPHCR Sportsbook Pay Per Head Service

We were initially looking forward to signing up and trying out their services, especially because their website looks attractive and easy on the eyes. But when you look closer at the options and features they offer, we feel like $8 bucks is a bit steep, considering they have no live betting available. Signing up was a bad experience for us. We can easily say that because we constantly try out services for our reviews so we can easily compare the quality and the process. Process-wise in terms of signing up was very slow. In the hours it took for them to get back to us, we could have configured a site in another pay per head company. When we finally got in touch with someone, the agent was harried and quite cold. We understand its a business and that time must be spent efficiently, but when you are in the service industry, you need to be at least enthustiastic about talking to potential clients. This was a big turn-off for us and other PPHCR Pay Per Head Reviews agree with us.

PPHCR.com Pay Per Head Service Review

We gave a deposit and the following day, we were all set up. They do offer a customized package that fits whatever you supposedly need. It does, however, seem average to us. Given that the registration process was not a good experience for us, we were hoping for something to wow us in the software or the dashboard. So far, nada.

The Sports Betting Management Software

Their software is pretty average. There is no feature that really stands out, especialy when compared to other pay per head providers. It is not bad, but its not exceptional either.

The Player Betting Interface

The interface for players is pretty basic as well. They could do a lot more my improving the user experience. We have seen other pay per head providers that have much more seamless platforms.

PPHCR.com PPH Rating: 2 out of 5

It really is difficult to rate pay per head providers sometimes. Their rate is at $8 per player, which is the average price. It is not expensive at all. The thing is, there are a lot more in the market. For instance, this is one of the top sportsbook software providers. You will see that given the price that is charged alongside the veatures offered, one clearly is better than the other. Also, the agent we talked to when signing up? We hope that was a one-off, or a person just having a bad day. If not, they could get a lot more business if their customer service agents were nicer and more professional.
