IDSCA which stands for International Data Solution opened its doors in 1997 and their website has been live since 2002. They are located in Costa Rica and boast of being the leading online betting company in the industry. Our IDSCA.com Sportsbook Pay Per Head Review will go into detail about the quality of their services and gambling software.
In addition, we will go over the advantages and disadvantages of using their PPH services from a bookie point of view. As one of the earliest Sportsbook PPH service providers, they are also known for being a pioneer in the PPH Industry. However, the question is whether they are still a top Sportsbook PPH provider. Its quite common to see more established providers grow too comfortable in their status. In effect, they tend to not prioritize innovation and modernization. And when this happens, bookies lose out on the latest technology that can greatly benefit their sportsbook operations. Thus, we want to take a look at IDSCA and see if this is the case with them.
Even though several reviews of the IDSCA.com PPH services have been negative, we are giving them the benefit of the doubt. This is because we want to be fair and unbiased to give you accurate data in this Sportsbook PPH Review.

The Sports Betting Management Software
As one of the pioneers in the business, we had high expectations. Despite the disappointment we felt during the registration process, we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they just want direct contact with bookies to build rapport, then after that it will be smooth sailing. Well, it wasn't. First, the design. Its a bit too outdated for our taste. They advertise that they are celebrating their 25th year in business- their design certainly comes from that era. They also use ASI software, which is odd as most providers have been using DGS software. We do not know if its the ASI software, or their design, but the site is difficult to navigate. There are a lot of quality-of-life features that are absent and you really notice it. For instance, there is no back button so you need to go to the browser to go back, losing any progress you have. Its a simple thing, but from a business perspective, you should have easily eliminated small issues, right? Otherwise, what can we expect when we see big problems?
Moving on, we took a look at the features. In this aspect, they have good sportsbook management features. You can generate reports, configure settings, and such. They now also offer prop betting, although they were quite late in the game to offer it. The thing that irked us the most was that if we wanted to add more players, we would need to contact them. Every single time. If you want to edit their settings, you will need to call again. Efficiency is compromised because you waste time talking to them when with other software providers you can do this on your own.
The Player Betting Interface
The player website, or the actual sportsbook website, is the same as the bookie software. It needs to be updated to be more modern, and be better-designed.
Their betting options are quite varied, but nothing really stands out compared to other providers. Its your average sportsbook website in terms of functionality. We were hoping that we would see something good for the fornt end but it was another let down for us. At this point, they really are losing out to other providers in terms of what they have to offer to bookies.
