At first glance, looks like they would have an excellent service. They have a clean website and an easy navigation menu. Opening an account with them was kind of a pain. After we had submitted the registration form, it took 3 hours before we received an email.  The only thing the email said was for us to contact them.

Sportsbook Pay Per Head ServiceThis was not a good start but we persevered in order to create this bookie pay per head review. When we did call them, our so called “personal account manager” did not seem to know who we were even though he had sent us an email.  We simply assumed that it was just an automated email and answered his questions.

Most of the questions were about how many players we have and when we could send them the first deposit.  Even though you get the first 5 weeks at 50% off, you still have to make your first payment which to us is false advertising. We did not like that at all and were reluctant to send them money. The offer is also different because if you rare from the US, you get 6 free weeks. If you are outside the US, you get a different promo. However, we ended up sending them the minimum deposit and we were in business.  The only that kept them from getting a very bad review is because they actually have a decent agent and player platform.

AcePerHead Pay Per Head Software

when you learn what is a bookie, the next question you will likely ask is how do you become one? The most practical and affordable answer is a pay per head software. AcePerHead promises to be one of the most affordable in the market for as low as $3 per head. In reality, the $3 is for the most basic package. So, if you want to offer more options, like add an online casino, you will have to pay more. If you want to add another feature, then you pay another fee. That will slowly add up until you see that you are actually paying for something that would be more affordable with other providers. This alone is disappointing since you see the $3 price tag and think that it would be really affordable. The free 6 weeks does take a load off your wallet, but after 6 weeks, you will start paying in full. So if you plan on shopping for more affordable options, that would be the window to do so.

AcePerHead Player Betting and Casino Platform

When we played in the sportsbook as a player, the action was decent and smooth.  In terms of sports betting odds, the lines were good if you are a recreational player. The software was also okay- the offerinngs are pretty standard for an online casino. What we find lacking in the casino department, the horse racing section made up for it. They have a pretty good offering that covers a lot of tracks. So while their options are great- its not so different from other providers.

We give them 3.5 out of 5

If it was not for the bad customer service, we would have given them a 4.  We would not recommend them because for the same price, you can get a lot more with other services.  However, they do have a solid sports betting software. But no amount of good software can make up for the fact that when you have a tedious registration process with not so knowledgeable customer service agents, you still will find them lacking. And with other providers offering approcahable and helpful customer service agents, you'll end up warming up to others. Ace Per Head offers good bookie services, yes. But with a very competitive market, its easy to find other better providers.
